About delivery

We deliver shipments only within Slovenia. We try to deliver them as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 72 hours after placing the order, if the product is available. The delivery is carried out by the DPD Slovenia delivery service. Shipments are usually dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so please make your payment within a reasonable time, otherwise the delivery may be immediately extended by a few days.

Delivery options

After submitting the order to the delivery service, it will also inform you about the arrival of your shipment via free SMS messages. The time and address of the shipment can be changed later, and shipments can also be delivered to Pošta Slovenije branches or Petrol service stations. During delivery, you can also track the shipment via DPD’s shipment tracking application.

Delivery price list

• All orders below €100.00 are automatically charged a delivery fee of €5.00.
• Delivery is free for all orders over €100.00.

Unsuccessful deliveries

In case of 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned back to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, it is necessary to resubmit the order to our website.
